Privacy Policy

When you submit the discovery-call or resource forms, I collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your full name and email address.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number (including country code) and your country.
• The area you would like help with and your preferred date or time.
• A short description of what’s on your mind.
• Your consent confirmation.

I also automatically capture limited technical and attribution data, such as UTM campaign parameters, the referring page and a non-reversible fingerprint used only for spam prevention.

When you submit a form, your information is transmitted securely and stored in a private Google Sheet. I may also send:

• A notification to my business inbox so I can respond to your enquiry.
• A confirmation email to the address you provide.
• The requested free guide and, if you opt in, occasional resources by email.

These processes rely on Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Gmail). Your data is handled in accordance with Google’s applicable terms in addition to this policy.

• To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your discovery call.
• To deliver and improve my coaching services.
• To send resources you have requested, where you have opted in.
• To maintain records of consent.

I do not sell your personal information.

I retain enquiry and client information for as long as necessary to provide my services and to meet legitimate business and record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing misbahmannan1988@gmail.com. I will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

I treat the information you share with care and confidentiality. Please note the reasonable limits described in my Coaching Disclaimer, including situations where disclosure may be required to protect safety or to comply with the law.

I take reasonable measures to protect your information. Access credentials for my systems are stored securely and are never exposed in the public website code. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
